The ARP Lysis Buffer produced is a traditional rapid lyse solution for tissue cells. This product can be used on animal, plant cell or tissue samples. The main components are 50mM Tris(pH 7.4), 150mM NaCl, 0.1% SDS. When using this lysate, the user can add specific inhibitors or not, according to the specific purpose.
Store at -20℃, valid for one year.When used frequently, it can be stored at 2-8℃ for a short time. |
