PCD, an immune-mediated syndrome, belongs to a heterogeneous group of rare paraneoplastic neurologic disorders affecting the neurological system. PCD is characterized by subacute cerebellar ataxia and occurs mainly in patients with ovarian, uterine, fallopian tube or breast cancer. |
