Product Name | [D-Lys3]-GHRP-6 |
---|---|
Description |
[D-Lys3]-GHRP-6 is a ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a) antagonist which also binds weakly to melanocortin receptors. [D-Lys3]-GHRP-6 can decrease energy intake in lean mice, mice with diet induced obesity, and in ob/ob obese mice, and reduces the rate of gastric emptying. [D-Lys3]-GHRP-6 also blocks or reduces ethanol intake and reward seeking in animal models. |
